A lovely class to start the day!

Beginning with a short guided meditation to help centre yourself for the day ahead & set a positive foundation.

This is followed by a gentle vinyasa flow. Exercising your mind & body at the start of the day can help to improve your mood & productivity 🙂

Vinyasa style gentle/energetic yoga flows to keep you moving. With asanas to help you in crease your strength, flexibility & balance.

Finally finding stillness to healing sounds to help you find a deeper relaxation

There are options to modify asanas to suit your current range of motion & how you are feeling.

Benefits of Vinyasa include:

Can be suited to all experiences.

Single Class is 125 mad or SAVE with a 5 Class Pass for 500 mad (Valid for 2 Weeks)

Classes can be arranged around the schedule at Yoga Teaspot or your location.

Private individual or small group session as the space can hold up to 5 practitioners.

If you are visiting I will try where possible to arrange a class to suit your calendar & we can discuss ahead of time the length, style & desires for the class.

Build you package with classes available for 1 – 5 people & discounts available for multiple sessions
