A lovely class to start the day!
Beginning with a short guided meditation to help centre yourself for the day ahead & set a positive foundation.
This is followed by a gentle vinyasa flow. Exercising your mind & body at the start of the day can help to improve your mood & productivity 🙂
Vinyasa style gentle/energetic yoga flows to keep you moving. With asanas to help you in crease your strength, flexibility & balance.
Finally finding stillness to healing sounds to help you find a deeper relaxation
There are options to modify asanas to suit your current range of motion & how you are feeling.

Private individual or small group session as the space can hold up to 5 practitioners.
If you are visiting I will try where possible to arrange a class to suit your calendar & we can discuss ahead of time the length, style & desires for the class.
