Reflect, Reset & Realign with Meg

This is around 1.5 – 2 hours workshop helping to incorporate more Yoga Philosophy into your lifestyle
The class is an opportunity to prepare yourself for the week ahead & deepen your knowledge. We will first take a moment to look back at your week or recent experiences & asses the wins/challenges. Using different techniques to then find some presence & grounding in the moment, helping us to accept the past has past. Finally deciding what you aim to leave in the past & what you’d like to take with you into the new week
This will be a mindful class that offers support & encouragement for your journey. We will incorporate journalling, meditation, pranayama & maybe a little movement (however this will be gentle) Also may be mantras which will be optional to recite verbally or internally. All classes will be inspired & guided using Yoga Philosophy to help deepen your practice of Yoga.
This is suitable for all. Welcome to stay for half an hour tea break after this class 🙂
