There are many forms of meditation that we can practice. Within yoga classes we are meditating in various forms through breathing techniques, mindful movements & observations. Here is just a little information about some of the meditation on offer at YTS.

Practice

Meditate Class

Classes to bring attention to the present moment. Practicing ways to find stillness in the mind & space to observe. These classes explore different meditation & mindful techniques to help you focus & calm the mind. There may be movement however this will be gentle & slow, Mantras may be included (repetition of words or phrases) however these will be optional to repeat verbally or internally, however you feel most comfortable.
