I’m Youness, a passionate Qigong and Animal Flow instructor, currently living in Tamraght.
I’m offering weekly classes at Kalananda Yoga school and other places in Agadir, Tamraght and Taghazout. I combine these two dynamic disciplines to offer a holistic approach that enhances overall well-being and performance.
Qi Gong uses a system of gentle movements, breathing, and meditation to calm the mind and enhance our vital energy (Qi). In Qi Gong we learn to relax, let go and move effortlessly.
Animal flow is a ground-based, bodyweight movement that combines elements of yoga, gymnastics, and animal-inspired movements to build functional strength, mobility, and coordination. This innovative system encourages fluid, instinctive movement patterns that enhance physical performance and agility.
