The mission is to cultivate a community of local healers and promote accessible healing practices in Tamraght & surrounding areas. Everyone deserves the opportunity to improve their well-being and find inner peace. We are blessed with a diverse group of healers who have gravitated to this gorgeous little village in Morroco. I am a big beliver in trying to find natural remedies where possible & there are so many healers out there with their own unique energy & gifts to share. My aim is to create a supportive network that helps to share knowledge & offers a variety of healing modalities to all those who seek.

Whether you prefer to practice in a small group setting or seek a more personalized experience, at the Yoga Teaspot both small group and private yoga classes are available. Vinyasa, Yin & Ashtange syles available. With various yoga poses, helping you strengthen your body and calm your mind. With a focus on mindfulness and alignment, classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
